Counseling Center (Guidance/PPS)
Baldwin High School Counseling Center
The Baldwin High School Counseling Center offers a comprehensive program for all students that is designed to offer ongoing support and provide information to students and their parents throughout the four years of high school. Our focus is to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student at Baldwin High School.
Our school counselors provide individualized assistance for each student and their situation. Our goal is to help students make informed decisions and assist them in developing crucial social and emotional skills. Each student faces a variety of life issues. Assistance is provided by giving students comprehensive information and teaching students important decision making skills based on personal and family values that aid them in facing these complex issues. Some of these complex issues involve the transition from middle school to high school and high school to college, family, personal and social issues, post high school planning, among others. This involves an ongoing process throughout the student's high school years. If you have further questions or are in need of assistance, please contact the guidance office at 516.434.6134.
