Mentoring Program

Baldwin High School students can sign up to be paired with a mentor. The mentor will meet with the mentee (student) on a regular basis throughout all four years of high school. In addition, there are events throughout the year to celebrate the mentors and mentees’ partnership, while also serving as an opportunity to discuss progress and future advisement.

For 9th Grade Students Only 

The Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program was implemented to specifically support 9th graders as they embark on their high school journey. Each participating freshman is matched with an experienced upperclassman mentor who serves as a guide, friend, and source of encouragement throughout the year. The goal is to foster a sense of belonging, resilience, and personal growth by facilitating meaningful connections and sharing valuable experiences. Through mentorship, the district aims to equip students with the tools, confidence, and support they need to navigate the academic challenges and opportunities of high school successfully.
