Mentoring Program
Research in both the educational setting and in the workplace has shown that people are more likely to succeed if they have had a mentor.
The Baldwin High School Mentoring Program is a volunteer-based program that brings together students, parents/guardians, teachers and administrators. For over 20 years, the program has provided Baldwin learners with strong role models to help guide them through their academic journey for their secondary career. Through participating in the program, mentoring pairs will work together to set goals, both academically and socially/emotionally, to prepare them for their secondary and postsecondary goals.
